Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in line with the policy below.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

To begin a return, please email us at support@fypassion.com with your order number. Once confirmed, you’ll then have 14 days to return the item to us.

Returns Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Items must be safely packaged, with your order number included inside the parcel.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If you are cancelling within the legal cooling-off period, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost.

  • Any additional shipping upgrades (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, including the cost of return postage where applicable.
